You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 14 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason.

If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.

All Marsquest eyewear products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchase with a proof of purchase directly from Marsquest Inc. or from an authorized Marsquest dealer that clearly shows the purchase date.

Marsquest does not warrant against:

1. Any lenses scratches.
2. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Marsquest lenses will void this warranty.
3. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be repair or replacement of the item as determined by Marsquest.
4. Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
5. Lost or stolen products.
6. Purchases made over 12 months ago (unless otherwise stated).
7. Non quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase).
8. Free products.

This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
